Doctors
of Chiropractic
John Springard graduated from the Anglo-European College of
Chiropractic in Bournemouth in 1983.
Together
with the late Frank Hunt, John launched Chichester Chiropractors
in December of that year, becoming a full partner in 1986,
and so has been in continuous practice in Chichester for 23
years this year! Outside the clinic John has contributed to
the
Think-Tank
Committee of the British Chiropractic Association and
was part of a local multi-disciplinary committee with
other health professionals which produced leaflets on
preventing and treating back pain for the NHS. His special
clinical interests are whiplash injuries and headaches.
He is married to Diane (our Practice Manager) and they
have two teenage children.
Andrea Coote graduated from the Anglo-European College
of Chiropractic in 2000,but had already obtained a degree
in Biology, and worked as a commercial trainee for Glaxo Pharmaceuticals.
Before
coming to work in Chichester, Andrea worked for over 3 years
in a very busy clinic in Surrey. Her special clinical interests
are rehabilitation and TMJ dysfunction.
Andrea is married to Simon and they enjoy walking along
with their two black Labradors Rufus and Murphy.
Andrea is currently on maternity leave following the birth of her
daughter Isabella in August 2005.
Adrian Cobb is a 1991 graduate of the Anglo-European
College of Chiropractic and had his own clinic locally before
joining us at the end of 2004.
Before training as a chiropractor Adrian had obtained a degree
in sociology and healthcare. His special clinical interest
is in sports injuries and he is completing a post-graduate
course in chiropractic sports medicine.
Adrian is married to Tonika and they live locally with
their 4 children.

Paul Shanahan graduated with a BSc (Hons) from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (part of the University of Glamorgan) and joined us in February 2006.
Now living in Southsea, Paul hails from Tipperary and obtained a National Certificate in Applied Physical & Health Science in Ireland prior to his Chiropractic training. As well as being a qualified lifeguard, Paul has also enjoyed rock climbing and playing the acoustic guitar. His special clinical interests are spinal rehabilitation and chronic pain.
